Protecting and assisting consumers on a daily basis
Our raison d'être is to protect and assist consumers on a day-to-day basis with innovative, useful and simple services. Our CSR "SPB is committed" strategy focuses on six Sustainable Development Goals adopted by the United Nations:

– Life on land.
SPB creates and manages insurance programmes to cover products against breakdown, breakage and theft. These programmes include the repair, refurbishing and recycling of insured products. For more than 10 years, we have integrated a circular-economy approach and we rely on the expertise of our subsidiary Save to provide these services (42,000 tonnes of CO2 not emitted per year). We can also provide guidance to service providers that you have chosen.
Integrating a circular-economy approach
Repair more, discard less
Save is a subsidiary of the SPB Group exclusively dedicated to the repair, refurbishing and recycling of products. Save Group is a major player in the circular economy, with a strong commitment: "Repair more, discard less" and a "Protect, Repair, Recycle" signature. Save Group relies on centralised repair sites (Save Lab) and 300 local shops (Save Store). Save Group stands out thanks to its agreements with the manufacturers, Apple, Huawei and Samsung.
